In my Principles of Integrated Engineering course, my team designed and fabricated lightweight and wireless vests and emitters to play laser tag using infrared emitters and sensors connected to Arduino ESP8266s that, through WIFI connection, detected each player's lives and score.
In my Mechanical Design course, my team designed, analyzed, and fabricated a football launcher that propels footballs at NFL-level rotational speeds using a flywheel system and a linear actuator.
In my work as a Structures Engineer in Olin Rocketry, my team and I designed and fabricated an alumnimum mount that allows a dummy avionics tube to be mounted to the MIT Wright Brothers Wind Tunnel in order to test the aerodynamic design of our full rocket.
